Day 15: Share a Bible Verse
I shared one of my favorite verses (Isaiah 41:10) the other day, but another verse has been running through my mind a lot lately.
Paisley, being adopted by the Tam Family |
The international adoption journey is hard. While I haven't done it myself, I've talked to other families, I've seen them frantically fundraising. And I know that adoption is a journey of faith. And until, or even if, I am able to join them on a similar journey, I will support these families as much as possible.
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1
We're just starting out on our international adoption and it's already overwhelming at times. But I LOVE your verse, because it truly defines this adoption process for me. I have to be sure of what I hope for, and certain of what I don't yet see...my daughter.

This was the day we drove to the state capitol thinking we could get all of our documents apostilled..this was the day we failed... I am so sorry I missed this...but I am so glad I found it just now. What a blessing you are...
ReplyDeleteIs this little one just the sweetest? I so can't wait for Renee and her family to get her home to be loved upon.
